Eating fenugreek (methi) seeds boosts immunity

A double blind placebo-controlled trial of fenugreek seeds published in The Journal of the Associations of Physicians in India found that having fenugreek seeds really is good for you. “Fenugreek seeds contain high fibres and a steroid called saponin, which helps in two ways.

First, it enhances insulin sensitivity, something that is very good for diabetics.

Second, it helps in reducing cholesterol levels. It also boosts immunity for people suffering from bronchitis and arthritis,” .
