Living it better with the Liver.

It plays an important role in detoxification, digestion, circulation, hormonal balance and fat regulation. It is the largest organ controlling about 500 chemical functions of your body. So, you simply have to ensure the good health of your liver. Here are a few guidelines to help your liver function at its best.

  • Eat small, regular meals. Do not skip meals or over-eat.

  • Drink six to eight glasses of fluids, preferably water, every day.

  • Avoid alcohol, or drink in moderation.

  • Exercise to boost the liver’s functioning.

Consult a doctor if you are taking vitamin or ayurvedic supplements, as some of them could affect your liver.
