With all the fitness mania, drinking fruit juice is now becoming the norm. However, gulping juice by the gallons will not enhance your health. It might well have adverse effects, as there’s a limit to how much we can consume. Exceeding the limit of 28 grams of fruit juice for children, and just a little more for adults can actually result in high blood sugar levels and obesity. After all, you are taking in more calories and more sugar. The significant presence of sugar in most fruit juices, can also cause tooth decay and bad breath. Apart from this, you could also suffer from diarrhea. So, the next time you binge on juices, watch your limits.
