Secrets of a healthy mind


Since you’re well armed with the secrets of a long life, well-being, staying young, and so on, it’s time you became well versed with the tricks that can keep your brain ticking away too!

So for a healthy brain you need to:

Regularly exercise your mind. Engage in active learning throughout life and pursue new experiences.

Have an active social life. Friends, family and community groups go a long way to keep your brain gainfully engaged and hence, healthy and hearty.

Have a positive attitude. Nothing beats positivity. So, stay positive and spirited and it ensures not just a healthy mind but also a healthy heart.

Consume brain healthy food. Any food that’s rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids go a long way to keep your brain healthy.

Sleep well. 7-8 hours of sleep is essential. So, make sure you get good night’s sleep.
